Hire Terms & Conditions

By signing these terms and conditions you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.  These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Payments, Charges & Deposits

Please note there is a minimum spend of £250 on self install or hire only services and £500 on all inclusive installs.

The price for goods will be as stipulated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price, to take account of any increase, or the imposition of, any taxes or duties.

An initial consultation, detailed quote, design sketches, colour palette and where agreed one site visit are included in any costing for any event.  Any additional consultations or amendments to your hire order may incur an admin charge after that. If you require additional site visits we charge a fee of £25 an hour plus milage costs of £0.50 per mile.

A non refundable deposit of £250 is required on all wedding, event & hire orders and your booking will not be secured until this is received. This deposit will reduce your final balance by £250. 50% of the final balance is required three months before the event date. The balance in full is required one month prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.

Three months before your event date, at the point of the 50% payment; the hire order is to be finalised and the total amount cannot be reduced. Additional items can be added at any time. Items listed on the order can be exchanged for alternative items if available but the overall balance cannot be reduced.

All payments made to All Her Glory are non refundable.

Security Deposit – Self install streamers, disco ball and signage hire only

If you are hiring self install streamers, disco balls or signage hire only, All Her Glory requires a refundable security deposit of £200.  This will be refunded upon the return of non-damaged items.

Your installation

All Her Glory aims to create your event installation with your chosen hire pieces but if by any circumstances beyond our control if they are not available we reserve the right to use a suitable replacement.

Any items hired from All Her Glory, remain the property of All Her Glory.

Installation & collection, or, delivery & return, of these will be arranged with you prior to any install.

The hire items are the responsibility of you from the date the items have been hired until the date and time of collection as agreed when booking.

Collection or return of all hire items will be agreed prior to any event.  Any broken, damaged or missing items are your responsibility. In the event of any broken, damaged or missing items a bill will be issued and must be paid upon receipt.

In the event of a Self Install package, you will be responsible for securely packaging all the hire items safely and securely after the event and returning to All Her Glory using the agreed courier service within the timeframe agreed.

Streamers are suitable for outdoor use, we request that they are only used in normal weather conditions (if there is extreme adverse weather – heavy rain, gale force wind, storms, or snow etc. All Her Glory requests that streamers should only be installed internally).

All Her Glory request that you do not move our installed streamers or fragile hire items after we have placed them in position.  In any instances where is this unavoidable we will advise you how to move these items.

If you choose to move any of our items this is at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible if any injury occurs as a result.

Please ensure you have permission from the venue to hang decor from the ceiling, walls or structure prior to booking with us.

Force majeure or act of god

If All Her Glory cannot perform or believe we may not be able to perform to this agreement in whole or part, due to fire, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism (domestic or international), epidemic or pandemic, action of any governmental authority, national or regional emergency, other casualty, act of god or other cause beyond the control of any parties involved, whether foreseeable or not, then we will give notice to you as soon as possible after we have determined that a force majeure event will or may prevent All Her Glory from performing under this agreement.

In this situation All Her Glory will have no obligation to attend the event or provide hire items under this agreement and will have no liability for delays or failure to attend due to a force majeure.

All Her Glory may agree to work with the client to find an alternative date for the hire that is suitable for both parties.

If a suitable date cannot be reached we may offer to refund monies paid, less any amounts necessary to cover expenses and work already performed by All Her Glory, including, but not limited to pre event communications, consultations, site visits, materials purchased, materials used for your event, development of designs, preparation of decor and props for the event.

Coronavirus or similar disease outbreaks or pandemics

Exposure to COVID-19 is a risk in any public location where people are present; there is no guarantee you or your guests will not be exposed during an event. People who show no symptoms can spread Coronavirus and it’s understood that any interaction in a public setting poses an elevated risk of being exposed to Coronavirus.

All Her Glory commits to the following safety precautions leading up to and during your event:

  • Disinfecting/cleaning all supplies before delivery to your event.
  • Minimising contact with clients, service providers and guests.
  • Following government guidelines and regulations for businesses and employees including where applicable: wearing a facial covering over the nose and mouth at all times when in the presence of others, proper hygiene and hand washing, and monitoring employee health/symptoms.
  • No employees showing signs or symptoms of infection will be allowed to work.
  • Due to the nature & time pressure of installations and event setups, it is seldom possible to do no-contact setups. However, as far as possible, we’ll deliver to your venue or requested location and setup with social distancing and safe practices, but request that other vendors be requested to do the same and to have the same standards in place to protect us all.
  • In the event that the All Her Glory team members allocated to your event fall ill with COVID, we will source an equally experienced person to deliver your event.

As the client, you accept responsibility to agree that your attendees/guests will assume their respective responsibility for the health and safety of others in attendance including service providers and their respective staff. Those responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • adhering to venue capacity limits and government regulations,
  • maintaining social distancing requirements,
  • proper use of face coverings where applicable,
  • proper ventilation for indoor spaces,
  • hand sanitising and overall health and hygiene at the event.

All Her Glory has the right to deem a situation as an unsafe situation for them and their staff (such as guests or other service providers not respecting social distancing requirements, and other health and safety guidelines).

All Her Glory will notify the client or the client’s event planner of pertinent safety requirements as required by government regulations, such as specific timing for set-up to allow for social distancing. By accepting responsibility, you (the client) also acknowledge the right for All Her Glory to suspend services indefinitely if contractual responsibilities for health and safety are not being met, forfeiting all monies paid.

Inherent risks of COVID-19 and/or other pandemics include the possibility of changes in guidelines, government regulations or personal health status which could lead to postponements, cancellations, or reducing the guest count/overall size of your event.

All Her Glory will do its best to accommodate resizing as well as rescheduling of events. Events postponed may require a re-quote.

All Her Glory will accommodate event resizing due to government regulations applicable at the event date within reason. But All Her Glory may apply its minimum hire policy as listed elsewhere in this document.

Postponement of a client’s event may result in changes to the hire products due to changes resulting from the postponement. If the impact is dramatic, this will be discussed with the client to agree the new changes, which may also impact the pricing quoted.

By moving your event, you acknowledge and agree that you assume inherent risks associated with gatherings during the COVID-19 or other pandemics, including the risk to our team.

All Her Glory and the client both agree to notify one another if either becomes aware that any attendee (employee, guest, or service provider) has tested positive for COVID-19 within 3 weeks following the event to allow for isolation and contact tracing. Additionally, the Department of Health must be notified of any attendee who has tested positive.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without any prior notice to you.

The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
